These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FindProfessional. By accessing the website, browsing the directory or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use FindProfessional.

FindProfessional is an online directory that helps people discover and contact professionals across industries and locations. We provide the platform — we are not a party to any agreement, work or payment between visitors and professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a listing. By submitting a listing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to act for that business.

When you submit a listing, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current and belongs to you.
• You have the right to use any photo, name, logo or content you upload.
• You hold any licenses or qualifications your profession legally requires.
• You will keep your listing up to date and ask us to correct or remove it if it changes.

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes public. Each listing has one of three statuses:

Pending

Submitted and waiting for review. Not publicly visible.

Approved

Reviewed and visible in the directory.

Rejected

Not approved for publication.

We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at our discretion. A "Verified" badge means we reviewed the submitted information — it is not an endorsement or guarantee of a professional's work.

When using Professional, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information.
• List services that are illegal or that you're not qualified to provide.
• Scrape, copy or collect profile data in bulk, or use it to send spam.
• Harass, threaten or abuse professionals or other users.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

Visitors contact professionals directly using the details on their profile. Any agreement, quote, payment or service is solely between you and the professional. We encourage you to confirm qualifications, pricing and terms before hiring anyone.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you give FindProfessional a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format and promote it as part of the directory for as long as your listing is active.

The FindProfessional name, logo, design and website content (excluding user content) belong to FindProfessional and may not be used without our permission.

FindProfessional is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we don't guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any professional or service listed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindProfessional is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory, or from any dealings between visitors and professionals.

We may suspend or remove a listing, or restrict access to Professional, if we believe these Terms have been broken. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time through the Contact page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use FindProfessional after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
